    Spikes_Tactical Reporting for Duty

    First and foremost - Mountain Man sent me over!!!

    Stats:
    42 years old
    5' 6"
    165lbs
    BF under 10%

    I spent 5 years in the United States Marine Corps. I have been lifting on and off since high school but only started using AAS anoy 3 years ago. I have a few cycles under my belt.

    I'm here to help where I can but more importantly, I'm here to continue to learn as much as I can.

    Glad to be part of this board.
