what's up guys
My name is jofo, my bestfriend 08gsxr brought me to this forum. I have been lifting for about a year now and I'm hear to learn the most I can from people about gaining size and cutting weight. I'm open for all advice and will listen to anyone's opinion like I said I'm here to gain the most knowledge I possibly can. Little bit about my self I'm a huge car freak I'm into mustangs the most. From a small town in North Carolina with nothing to do here but lift weight to kill time.
