thanks brothas this is actually bgptbull81 . i havent been around for a while now due to getting married having another kid and plus working 60 plus hours a week at night. just havent had much time to do a whole lot. been so busy i havent even been in the gym for 3 years and let me tell ya it is really starting to catch up to me finally. things have slowed down now and i feel like i can actually breath again and its def time to get my ASS back in to the gym and get back into the swing of things. hope all has been well guys miss ya all and im glad to be back....
