Hi all I'm Scott , been around abit clocking nearly 44 , trained most my life but the last 10 years I would really say I've been devoted . Train 5 times a week diet is dialled and strict , I'm one of those that really preaches that your gains are really are what you eat. I'm 5ft 7in 214lb holding 9% bf. I'm thinking of showing at the end of the year once I balance out my body as tbh I would say for the stage I'm a little to top heavy. So I could probly do with losing an inch or so around my chest and arms and maybe gain an inch on my quads/hams . I'm one those typical short but wide guys . Glad to be hear tho and big shout out to mountain monster who recommended me this site .
