Hey guys nice looking site..heard about it in a facebook group seems to be a bunch of good posters.anyways about me..

28 year old Australian guy currently living in the Netherlands...Been bodybuilding and or power lifting on off for 10 odd years now..recently getting back into it following a few medical issues (spine issues,hip issues non lifting related) and looking for a place to intereact with like minded individuals that know a thing or two about helping a guy reach his goals.
