More than likely most of the time 99% of it 2-3 days but I ordered late Thursday so it might be Tuesday but with tgb I never worry about them shipping or a wrong item they are 10000"% on the ball that's is the main reason I use them they are dependable and have excellent service weather I call or email them I allways get a quick and very professional responds I wear there shirts with pride and refer everyone who ask me where I get my supps

Isn't the shipping pretty costly ? I tried to place an order for over 100 bucks of supps and had to pay 20 bucks in shipping so I cancelled .

if you order heavier items like the 10lb+ jugs and stuff like that then obviously the shipping is going to be a tad bit more expensive. you can only do so much when it comes to shipping because you are at the mercy of usps

They are always great to me. For some reason I end up picking flavors of things that aren't in stock and they call me about it, instead of just throwing something else in and hook me up with some samples.
