When you say back pumps....? Are you saying soreness??
no not soreness but it tightens up when you start working out. it goes away after you get good and warmed up but this is usually a good indicator of a good dbol or drol product cause they are notorious for causing it

day 11 bestdrol. stuff is still keeping strength very very high. normally i do sets of 315x12-15 at the begining of a back session but did them near the end today and i could have done sets of 405 or higher easily minus the bands. very very good stuff
hopefully it is helping some of you guys out a lot. i figured most of what i do through tons of trail and error as well as listening to the older guys and younger ones never dismissing ideas. having an open mind has helped me do pretty good over the years for sure

thanks man, i am still working it as well myself. secret i picked up a few years back was lots of red meat in the offseason. it helps add on dense muscle with a quickness as opposed to chicken and eggs
Okay nice i love red meat, but i am allergic to egg whites which blows bad lol
man i hate to say it but back about 5 years ago when they were about 12 bucks for 15 dozen i would eat 60+ whole eggs a day and up to 14 cans of tuna. i worked on a range and it was very easy and convient but red meat packs it on so much faster and easier

leg extensions 120x12 105x12(18)(1) first set reps held contracted for 1 sec second set first 12 same followed by pumps till failure and one iso hold at the bottom quarter till failure with partner pressing for more resistance
this was a brutal brutal workout. zero carb day even minus cardio and it sucked the life right out of me. good stuff for sure
day 14 bestdrol. again my strength isnt falling off at all on this stuff. it is a great product for halfway through but i am def a big fan as of right now
that it is man but my break down for prep is far easier on my wallet. it looks pretty much like this:
4lb tilipia 13 bucks lasts 2 days
5lbs turkey 12 bucks lasts a little over 2 days
6lbs of chicken is right around 12-12 bucks fresh. lasts over 2 days.
cream of rice is about 2-3 bucks and lasts about 4 days depending on how much i use it
basmattis rice 20lb bag runs under 20 bucks and that should last almost my entire prep.
so if you do up the math for the most part i am right around 100 bucks more or less a week. that is far less than what most people that eat out all week spend on fast food. now when i bulk it doubles and sometime triples the cost

it isnt the tatiest lineup on the planet but you do what is required to win haha. i hate freaking fish with a passion but i dont mind everything else. i use the kraut as a filler and to aid in digestion
