What's everyone's favorite seasoning to put on your protein? Chicken, fish, lean beef?

I'm like a robot and eat/use the same things almost everyday. I use a ton of Mrs. Dash and a little pepper, but it's getting so old after all these years and just need more variety. So many seasonings out there it makes my head spin going down that isle in the store.

Try some cajun seasoning, blackpepper, oldbay, . If you want to blacken your fish or chicken. Marinade your chicken over night, then coat both sides heavily, cook in an iron skillet, cook one side until the seasonings become a hard dark crust, flip and repeat. Make sure the room is well ventilated, the smoke from the blacken chicken will make you cough .. lol. But thats how to really blacken . Or you can bake it in the oven also, taste will be similar not quite the same but still very good. You can always add some lemon juice on the chicken while cooking.

Oh man some of the best seasonings are just simple sea salt and pepper if you age the meat right. I like Montreal salt sometimes too.

        Chicken I run the gamit.

        Bison same as red.

Don't eat fish but when I did lemon pepper was my fav.

Cajun butter is simple to make. Add to a pan,
Add green peppers red onions diced chicken. Cover . Also add white wine. Some red pepper and/or crushed red pepper. Cook until chicken browns, stiring occasionally. Add some worchestershire sauce. A couple squirts.
Uncover once veggies are soft and chicken is almost cooked through. add some raw shrimp. They cook in a few minutes. Stir, add some diced tomatoes on top cover with lid for 2-3minutes. Now you can eat this over pasta, linguini , or over rice. Or by itself

if you guys havent tried the new grill mates brown sugar bourbon you are seriously missing out. i put it on everything steak chicken, fish and turkey. the powder has no sugar in it at all and the liquid one only has less than one gram. this is probably one of the best seasonings i have found in a very very long time. hell it makes turkey burgers on the grill taste like beef haha.
