Best meal replacement shake

We're searching for a new meal replacement shake for my fiance. Just curious which one everyone thinks is the best?

I drink one from Garden of Life called Raw Meal. Its is thinks so it keeps me full and it is full of a lot of good stuff

when i used them and it has been a long time ago, i always liked labrada's lean body ones. they have great macros and taste really good.

Same as guns and they make it in buckets now so it's a little cheaper

I forgot about Labrada Lean body, its great.
I like Gaspari Myofusion and of course muscle milk , even tho Muscle milk isnt the best protein source , the taste is hard to beat.
Good old Vanilla Met Rx is still a stand by for me

Awesome, I'll have her check it out. She struggles with feeling hungry ALL the time, so if it would be great if it helps her stay full.

Thanks brotha. We actually just purchased some of the Lean Body shakes, so now I'm feeling good with that buy lol. The macros are awesome and they do taste really good. So far that's the best one I've found.

if she is having issues feeling full have here toss in some oat meal or carbs with good fiber that dont clear out to fast. that helps a lot. i would say use capsicums from hot pepper as well but that wouldnt be to tasty with meal replacements haha

LOL Yeah I don't know if I could get her to do the hot pepper. She does have an issue feeling full though, that's one of the reasons I was searching for a possible alternative. I'll definitely have her try tossing in some oatmeal. She tries so hard to stay motivated and I'm so proud of her. She's doing so great with her nutrition and staying on track. Anytime I can alleviate anything negative she's experiencing is a win.

Body Fortress. The market sells it for less than anyplace I have found online. Dissolves completely, goes down smooth and not heavy. Most importantly no stomach upset or change in bowel behavior which makes this a real find for someone with Crohn's Disease like me.
