the most important supp i use to date is peri md and a close second would be my orange triad followed down below

Magnesium in chelated form before bed EVERY night
GABA before bed every night. Sleep is so important to me and those two products help me the most.
Adrenal Glandulars and DHEA but I have low adrenal hormones. I would say these are the most important.
Whey Protein - helps get my protein intake up for the day and great after my workouts. I usually dont want food after working out.
I also take Zinc, L-Tyrosine, BCAA, Fish Oil,etc. but the above are my supps I never come off of.

Fish Oil, a Multivitamin and on occasion Phenibut. I could survive without protein, preworkouts and bcaas.Fitness Enthusiast, Paddleboarding Fanatic, Psychonaut, and Nootropic Fan
