  • Quick go-to meals / places to eat

So if you find yourself needing to eat and without a cooked meal, what are your go-to places? I try to meal prep like a champ, but there are times when I get busy and my timing gets off, so I've got to find something on the go to eat real quick. Just curious what everyone's go-to choices are.

chipotle is a good spot if you leave off all the nonsense. any steak house is also good to go. you can also swing into a nasty fast food joint and get one of their baked chicken sandwhiches. chick fil a has a great selection of good stuff and so does panera bread. i never travel to far away from home so i never have to do this myself but for the mrs, it is a savor from time to time

Great ideas! I'm usually pretty good about having my meals, but I get stuck at work or out and about sometimes. I've done the grilled chicken option from fast food places and tossed the bread. Life saver for sure. Chic fil a's grilled chicken breast are awesome. Never thought about the grocery store deli though. Definitely a good option. Could even grab a couple fruits and veggies to go with it while there too. I guess my mind always associated the grocery store with bulk shopping. Good to remember I can run in and grab a quick something as well.

I stopped at the grocery store on my way home from work this evening and there are a ton of quick grab healthy eats. Can't believe I didn't think of that lol. Right now my go-to places are Chic Fil A grilled chicken sandwich minus the bread, or a quick stop at the grocery store.

I love Chipotle, but it's so hard for me to keep the extras off it lol. When I'm having a strong will power day, I'll do Chipotle.
