What's everyone's favorite protein powder? I have two kinds. One is just a six star protein that I use in the am and before a workout. It's not bad....but I have to say, my favorite is my muscle milk.

Yep, when it comes to tasting good, Muscle milk blows away everything else. For quality of protein, it aint all that good, but damn its good tastin.
For whey Isolates, I like the Syntha 6. Pretty tasty but not as thick
i build my own. i use true nutrition's build your own protein blend sometimes or i just hit up tgb and have him take care of me. i normally dont use very much powder at all. i would rather eat

Yep the mix was good the mrp was like chalk to me but the 1 lb container was good now it's bad just like mayoplex by eas was good too the mrp now the taste bland as hell

Oh yeah I worked for them one summer. Got all kinds of stuff free. Shakes, bars snd pizza. Yes Metrx had pizza back in 96-98ish. My favorite now BSN Syntha 6
