Looks freaking awesome! I'm going to start prepping for 3 days at a time prep for 3 days, Pre for 3 days and then cook fresh on the last day. One of my.bih diet problems was prepping for.a whole week after day 4 or so the food was so dry it was miserable. Whay do you do to prevent that? Or do you just not notice it?
I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!

I don't notice it too much for 5 days. I try to leave a little broth in the turkey burger so it gets moist when I heat it up. There's a ton of water to burn off when you cook it. I just don't over do it.

Very nice. I'm starting to really enjoy my meal prep time. It's sort of become my "me" time. I get so busy with work and everything else during the week, I use my meal prep time to slow down and just be alone with my thoughts. Something about the whole process of cooking and prepping just clears my head.

Very nice indeed! So few people realize what goes into food prep, or even do it.

I hear bro, I throw on some tunes and start cooking. Say you cook up and prep 25 meals in 2 hours. That's under 5 min a meal including dishes, set up etc...
If you were to do it throughout the week I bet it's well over 20min and your house is always got cooking shit everywhere.
When I'm prepped all I do when I get home is spray off the container and toss in the dish washer.
Going to the gym in the morning before work and full food prep has improved my life ten fold!!

Yup, I could never hit anywhere near the numbers I want to be at without prepping. I would get way off track.
I even get these little containers that hold 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Its having the damn nuts around the house that kills me. Its so hard not to snack on them with a nice bowl of cashews sitting around.
