w did not have a frying pan so we put the bologna right on the burner. messy and smoky but delicious. now I smoke a big thick slice of bologna when I do a brisket, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and sliced jalapenos on white bread with spicy mustard............"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
