    Re: Staying on Preworkout powders

When I find something good I stick with it. I was on white flood for a year before they switched formulas. After that it was C4 for almost a year and now it is C4 x50. I am a creature of habit.

But if I see ones that are on sale or that have a good price per serving then I'll give that a shot !!!

I think switching things up is always a good thing to do now and then. That applies to almost anything.

i've done it both ways...i've used a preworkout for about 3 months in a row and i've also done a lot of switching as well, really depends on if I like the preworkout or not and if anything new comes out to catch my eye

I have like three running at any given time. I take small breaks and switch them up. I have ones I prefer on days I'm doing more cardio and ones I prefer when I'm in to hulk smash. I also prefer days where I just drink a coffee!

just good ole coffee is my mainstay anymore. I have such trouble sleeping, im afraid to take a prework or b-12, extra caffeine or anything half the time.

no more than 30 days on preworkouts. you should then take a break or switch to a different one with different compounds. the old body will adapt pretty fast to these bad boys. also giving the adrenals a little break every now and then will also help you progress even better

                    Re: Staying on Preworkout powders

Used the old NO Shotgun for over a year, best pre workout I ever used....since then I have tried Dust by Blackstone Labs (one scoop is too strong for m), Nirtamine by Myokem, Pre Cre by Muscle Elements, Jack'd Up by Hi Tech (makes me feel like crap) and BSNs Hyper FX. Half a scoop of Dust with a scoop of Nirtamine is what I found works best for me. Plus 2 grams of creatine, 5 grams beta alanine and 5 l-cirtrulline, I am ready to train. Then I will switch up in a month or 2 to Pre Cre or Bsn's Hyper FX.

                        Re: Staying on Preworkout powders

I switched up my pre-workout supps for many years. I've used so many different brands and switched them up from time to time when I felt I needed a change, or to try something new that came out. I think I eventually just got burned out on them. I backed off of everything and now just have a cup of coffee before training. Took a little while to get used to, but I love it now.

I seem to adapt quick. When I took my first scoop of C4 I thought my search for the perfect prewo was over. Within a week or two I'm up to 3 scoops to have an effect. I like doing it like 6 said, have 2 or 3 on hand plus take intermittent breaks.

                              How about mixing 2 pre's together ? I do it sometimes !!!
As of recent I've done Mr. Hyde w/ Hemavol , and I feel like smashin people over the head with the weights !!!
Bros, idk if it's only me but I kinda get violent at the gym . I get in this zone where all I wanna do is lift heavy , don't want anyone in my face asking questions , just zone out and tear shit up . Like I turn red , and just try to push as much as possible !!!
                              TNE / Tren / Dbol or SD / 2 Pre's mixed & u have annihilation mode !!!
