  • New foods you've tried

I picked up a couple new items to try from the store and both are absolutely delicious and worth the extra money.

Yumm! Not really the same but I finally tasted Brussel sprouts for the first time a few weeks ago. I had always been scared they would be nasty! They are a new favorite now!! Lol

I hear they are great with some fresh garlic and olive oil. I have even threw a couple frozen ones in my shakes for the nutrition in them

Good idea! We buy the fresh ones. Slice them in half, drizzle a little coconut oil, salt, pepper, and a little balsamic vinegar. Then roast them in the oven for a few mins. So good! I'll have to try them in a shake!

Yikes!! That's pretty rough! I've been through one of those! I only eat them like 2-3 x's a month or less! They can definitely cause unwanted issues! Lol
