I hear they are great with some fresh garlic and olive oil. I have even threw a couple frozen ones in my shakes for the nutrition in them

Good idea! We buy the fresh ones. Slice them in half, drizzle a little coconut oil, salt, pepper, and a little balsamic vinegar. Then roast them in the oven for a few mins. So good! I'll have to try them in a shake!

be easy with the sprouts. they are delicious but man i have seen them give some of the worst gas and digestive issues in a few people haha. not really funny but a lady friend of mine ate some and had to go to the er because she thought she was having a gall bladder attack. nope it was gas

Yikes!! That's pretty rough! I've been through one of those! I only eat them like 2-3 x's a month or less! They can definitely cause unwanted issues! Lol

oh man, cut em in half and toss them in olive oil, roast them at 350 until done and then toss them again in sriracha hot sauce and honey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! delicious.
