yeah i was thinking the same way. the one i mentioned above and caffine do not but all the others i am sure do. that's cool that you dont use it exclusively as a preworkout. nothing wrong with a little kick to get through the day. i used to do the same thing with epedrine back in the day.

I was the same way a while back. No pre workout supp was working and I was just burning out real quick. I finally took some time off the pre workouts, which was actually a little hard because I had been using them for so long. After a little while I started back with just a simple cup, or two of coffee before the gym and that's actually become my go-to prior to training. It's really all I need. I occasionally use a pre workout supp here and there, but for the most part it's just a cup or two of coffee for me.

I actually have such a tolerance to pre workouts that I can stack a typical preworkout with a tab of ephedrine and go back to sleep. When my son was a baby he would sometimes hear me getting ready for the gym in the am and wake up and ask me to stay with him and watch cartoons. Almost everytime we would pass out in the couch together regardless of whether I took my preworkout or not. I know that part of my issue is getting broken sleep at night due to urinating. I'll wake up 2-3x at night to pee. I know if I could ever get back to 0-1 time I would be much better off because I would get a more restorative sleep.

I had to switch brands from time to time or take a week of them
