  • chicken spread

I made some chicken spread with boneless chicken breast and added pinto beans. I whorled them in my Ninja with salad dressing and it was great. If I had some unflavored protein that would have went in as well.

    Re: chicken spread

i used to do this while i was dieting and instructing on ranges and stuff. i would be very very pressed for time and i found that combing a bunch of different stuff in with my chicken and tearing it up with the ninja made it super quick and easy. i would pulse it into almost like a patee or spread. a good one i used in the offseason was:

    boneless skinless chicken breast
    spinach
    fat free mayo
    celery
dill relish (optional depending on sodium needs)
now i would sometimes blend in some chopped up red potatoes or sweet potatoes if i was having carbs with the meal. the sky is the limit on what you can toss in there. you can house these kinds of blended meals in under 5 mins when you are in a pinch for time

I bought some skinless, boneless breast on sale and freeze them. Thaw and bake. Then ninja time.
