        looks like you have all your bases covered man other than finding the sweet spot for recovery with the intra.

        as for the tudca hell yeah up that puppy when you are running harsh stuff. i dont know why anyone wouldnt want their liver performing at optimal levels when they are trying to maximize what they are doing. the liver is one of the biggest assets we have. you also have you insulin sensitivity and digestion covered as well. so imo you are running a fine tuned machine with your approach

          Some sort of test booster- I've used one from MR.Supps the last few times. Inbtween cycles, I've used various ingredients o combinations of several.

          I know thats ALOT of supps, but like i said some arent used all the time. Im very paranoid about my health after the wreck i was in and such bad injueris. So I like to have all possible bases covered.

          That absolutely everything I ever use. I just went ahead and went into detail. If someone wonders why I use something,I will be glad to explain more.
          let's see what i can pick in on with animal the manimal:

          1- multi. good choice but again i like the split up individual vits being added in
          2- fish oil: great addition but what do you think about bumping up to the 3-6g range?
          3-milk thistle: not a big fan of anymore but i dont knock it either. i have seen a number of studies showing that it really doesnt do to much at all. tudca is a much better option imho
          4-saw pal: prostate support, absolutely
          5-magnesium: another great addition for optimal health benes
          6-cranberry: love it, got to keep the kidneys and urinary track running optimally
          7-CoQ10: cardio health. great choice
          8-priobiotics: yeah buddy gut health and proper digestion
          9-whey: another great addition
          10-valarine root: good to see another believer in using aids that dont come from the doc for sleeping and relaxing. gh release brain health and rems sleep. yeah boy
          11-creatine: cheap and proven muscle builder. great addition and staple
          12-nac: detox and cardio health. like i pointed out earlier. this supp needs to be spaced away from your training as far as possible to counter any interference
          13- casin pro: awesome slow release protein as long as your guts tolerate it haha
          14-gaba: another believer. brain health, enhanced gh release and relaxing restful sleeping. it's cheap as hell too
          15-melatonin: another awesome sleep addition. also aids in hormone health, fat loss and gh release
          16-st johns: brain health and numerous other mental health applications.
          17-vit c: i like them constant because they are water sol, they fight free radicals and enhance the immune system
          18-pre workouts: speaks for itself
          19- test boost: daa and other ones help us older guys quite effectively. great addition.

          i love the detail and hopefully we can get some good pros and cons going here with what and why everyone does what they do.

                2-tudca: liver health big time. if one is playing our game and is overlooking this aspect they are crazy. your liver does everything from protein synthesis to helping burn fat off. so if it isnt optimum you arent going to be performing well
                3- Nac: another cheap detox supp with numerous cardio vascular benefits.
                4- b complex: there is an optional added vit. an important complex that does a host of things from hormone support to protein synthesis. big time need if one doesnt consume much red meat
                5-lipid stable: cardio support. great freaking product that i have personally used to improve my cholesterol. great choice on this one
                6- xtreme joint: tendon and ligament health are also something we have to stay on top of esp as we get a little older. not familiar with this product personally
                7- CoQ10: cardio support. again most dont realize how important this stuff is or how negatively it hinders our gains and performance
                8-Saw pal: prostate health and support. dht compounds will hammer the prostate and this has been shown to aid in keeping it somewhat in check and healthy
                9-probiotics: gut health just like cardio health can make or break our gains. this is a very important supp that gets overlooked quite a bit esp in those that dont consume much diary
                10- pwo: yeah we all love em haha. nothing like getting that little extra umpfh in the gym
                11-bcaa: great for intra and before cardio on empty stomach. you have to try either the intra md or the vitargo/whey hydro combo ma. i can guarantee it will take your recovery to a whole new level
                12- whey: pretty common staple but with changing out the above you can eliminate this supp and replace it with a solid meal 30-60min post workout without creeping into a catabolic stae
                13- vit c: water sol just like i mentioned above. kills free radicals and you burn through it in your system in a pretty short period of time. nice to see the addition to keep it in the system constantly
                14- vit d: hormone hormone hormones. got to have this stuff because it does so much
                15-mag: even though it makes you poop haha esp if you let it get high, it regulates hormones aids in recovery and does a bunch of other great things for what we do

                    you can use either or. the intra or the vitargo/with your choice of whey hydro. yes you can get either of them from tgb or whatever supp store you use. tgb does have the best pricing i have seen thus far though and not just because i am a rep

                            When I get close to a show I will drop all shakes and only stay with a multi and fish oil. IMO if I can get it from my food then by all means I'm going too.
                            love the vitargo and protein man. gunner is as bare bones basic as you can get on his setup. i am a big eater as well and would much rather have good solid food as often as possible. hard to do when you are a working individual unless like me you can scarf 16oz protein and a serv of carbs in under 10 mins no problem

                              i like baby1's choices for her needs. i have checked out these liquid supps you use and even though i havent dove in just yet i am going to be adding them into my setup very soon. i like my vits and stuff individually so this is a great option for that route

                                right now i'm taking b vitamin complex, vitamin d, fish oil, protein shakes with creatine, blockade (cycle support) and coq10. i need to pick up a multivitamin too.
