    I buy a kilo of it. I use it at 2 grams 3X a day and creatine 5 grams 2x ed.

    it works. I take a month off every once in a while and i can tell a diff in muscular endurance and speed. muscle size does not interest me although i would assume it would benefit a BB or power lifter very much.
