One that is the most pure without a lot of ingredients, imo. Hydrolyzed in your post workout shake is what I use. A more slower digesting protein in between meals or before bed. If you pair up with a good fat such as a nut butter or avocado, it will slow the digestion also. I do that before bed instead of using casein.Veritas Vos Liberabit -

i'm currently using syntrax nectar, the flavor is really solid....and doesn't have any additonal aminos in it to throw off protein count like a lot of proteins now a days
