Any of you eat it on a daily basis, if so, how much? How do you prepare it? We eat beef probably more than most cause I am the only one who likes fish. So its beef or chicken most of the time.

          Guns,

is this not a good choice of protein for one who is not bulking? For me I need the iron, like most women do so the red meat is helpful for that as well as other foods I eat.

it is an individual thing with beef. i personally dont care for super lean sirloins and super low fat ground beef. i am more of a top round and bottom round steak kind of guy. i could adjust my diet around to fit beef in but i figure i need to give my digestive system a break and also i like to have more volume with my food and that would cut my volume down with the cal balance.

no, i will get the top round steaks or bottom round steaks. i cook them on the grill then i food process them down to a pulled pork consistency. i like to have it cut up like a normal steak maybe once or twice a day but other than that it wears out my jams and teeth. it makes a nice wrap also haha

^^ I know those are lean cuts so you said you marinate them. what do you marinate in? My Mom used to marinate in bourbon, that would work?

I use low sodium Worcestershire over one or two days it really help make the beef tender

i either use a low sodium worchester with peppers onions mushrooms jack and brown sugar or just one of the a1 steak house marinades. if i have a steak during prep she is only peppered and cooked in the foil wrap. if you foil wrap them up with the marinade and grill it, it keeps the meat super moist and tender regardless of the wellness you cook it to. my wife likes her's medium well and it is still tender as can be. you can cut it pretty much with a fork

                        Re: BEEF

I eat alot of beef even if I'm cutting I have to eat so many calories just to feel good much less get bigger. I just can't eat chicken and fish as much. I eat lean burger, cheaper cuts of steak or a roast most days, more in the winter and change it out with fish or chicken or shrimp in the summer.
