Anyone use it? I just recently started with it and wow, I was not prepared for the stink in the bottle ,lol.

I actually use both... I have krill oil caps and liquid fish oil that I use. Can't really say if it "works" better or worse, but the combo gives me piece of mind! (I think my bottle recommends 3 caps a day and I take 2... I think.... I take so much sh*t I get it all confusedand THAT'S why I use pill planning containers!)

Listened to a podcast yesterday with a Dr. talking about fish oil. She admitted she hasn't done much research on Krill oil but from looking at the back of a krill oil bottle she didn't see how krill oil could or would be better than regular fish oil.
They were reading on-line about ppl saying krill oil makes the omega 3's more bioavailable than fish oil and she called BS on that.
