How much do you take? I've only used fish oil before but not sure how to dose myself with this yet. Currently taking one soft gel at 436mg krill/45mg epa/27mg dha

I took it, maybe I didn't take enough, but it seemed like fish oil worked better for me.

I'm currently taking 3 am but sometimes only take one, I believe 3 is considered a serving of fat according to a diet plan I was following before...

              Re: Krill oil

I actually use both... I have krill oil caps and liquid fish oil that I use. Can't really say if it "works" better or worse, but the combo gives me piece of mind! (I think my bottle recommends 3 caps a day and I take 2... I think.... I take so much sh*t I get it all confused and THAT'S why I use pill planning containers!)

                  Re: Krill oil

Listened to a podcast yesterday with a Dr. talking about fish oil. She admitted she hasn't done much research on Krill oil but from looking at the back of a krill oil bottle she didn't see how krill oil could or would be better than regular fish oil.

They were reading on-line about ppl saying krill oil makes the omega 3's more bioavailable than fish oil and she called BS on that.

A doctor made that determination based on the back of a bottle? Lol...
