    I've looked at several of these things this one seems pretty easy to use. I'm sure it's probably not always 100% accurate, but it could be helpful if you don't know the values of a certain food.

      i have a scale that you punch a code in toss it on the scale and it gives you all your numbers for your food. it's pretty sweet.

        That must be pretty handy to have. I'm still in the stone age, I don't even know half of the stuff that exists out there.
