And there is no saying that you can't get back to where you were someday, maybe even soon. But look at what you went through, this was no minor event. You are lucky to be alive, don't take that for granted. I know weight training is important to you, it is to all of us or we would not be here and put the time and effort we do into it. But you have to be smart about how you approach the next few months.
I would say that you go on a good 3 day a week routine, very basic but something to get you going. Compound lifts, heavy within reason. And when you are ready, maybe get back into DC. Trust me, DC will be around whenever you are ready and I will help you in any way that I can when that day comes.
For now, focus on the gift of life you have been given. Everything after that is just the icing on the cake my friend.
