Arms still a couple inches smaller.
Everything smaller by a good portion but my shape is slowly coming back.
I think once I dial in my diet and really get serious things will shape up. If I can get up to like 220 @ 10% Ill be happy.
So I busted out the food scale and the rice cooker.
Im gonna start measuring and pre prepping my meals.
Im already gaining more BF% than I like. The weight is coming fast but so is the belly.
So far not really any cardio.
And......
Im thinking about starting the DC again. My body responds best to Low volume, high intensity, multiple times per week for every BP.
Im not very strong yet so I have a ton of room for progress. Im gonna start slow and low and track progress.
Diet it gonna be starting at 2lbs chicken and 8 cups rice + 8oz almonds per day plus a big snack.
First day of DC training.
legs and shoulders. I missed this. I just cant stand normal training.......3 -4 sets.....of the same old shit...1bp per day.
DC is more fast paced.
Progress is WAY faster.
Its more fun because your mixing bodyparts.
You get fuking strong as hell.
my opinion is that i have severe kidney disease , but i still keep using the gear, and, will continue. if u think u can get to where you were it wont happen, but i say this as i tried it and u might get the weight but ull get some muscle back but in no way can u get to where u were on gear its impossible. iam just being straight up brother and i mean no harm. but i give you credit for trying and going at it clean. i wish you the best brother.
god bless
all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!
THanks bro.
The truth is......I know. It took me 10 years to get where I was. WIth AAS.
If I thought I could safely use gear I would. I think the potential for a hormonal imbalance to cause an arrythmia is high enough to indicate I should not or could not with relative safety.
I dont think Ill be in the same shape I was ......its becoming apparent the strength is not gonna be there. On some exercises....literally half the weight feels heavy.
But IM not giving up.
Bodybuilding taught me alot as a person.
Discipline
dedication
sacrifice
Drive
Patience.
I love forward progress. I love beating my log book.
The good news is Im stil not up to speed so my log book will see significant increases in weight. In addition, I know this will equate to muscle size if nutrition and calories are sufficient.
Im already starting to grow back into myself.
Yesterday 2 guys at my gym were saying "how the hell do you grow so fast.....your already bigger than us again". This really gets me excited.
I was looking at myself in the mirror and I have body dismorphia. I see skinny and fat....even at full size fully geared.
But I was at the gym yesterday and looking at myself just criticizing everything I saw and those 2 guys came up and started training shoulders next to me...I dwarfed them. Weird how our brains work.
I saw those 2 guys the day before and was thinking how much bigger they were than me....
Im never gonna be satisfied. but Im gonna keep pushing forward. Ill post some more pics when I feel like progress has been made.
It took alot to post those befores.
Current update.
I tested the waters with DC training. Im not sure my body is going to handle it clean.
Back to normal training.
up to 215. Still a bit chubby...
I have been relatively strict on my diet.
Chicken and rice.
French toast and eggs 2-3 times a week.
BIG cheat once a week.
ice cream + diet coke float 2x weekly.
Im really wanting to run some HGH but I dont think itll be very good for the old ticker.

Sounds good!!! Are you making sure you get some good fats in as well? They are very important.

Im actually prepping to run a very clean diet.
The diet includes alot of macadamia nut oil and peanut butter. It should change my composition ALOT since I have been eating cookies and ice cream and french toast.
I firmly believe I can make big changes based upon diet alone.

Will this diet be low carb, high protein and good fats? I have done that before and it made a big difference for me. I didn't go super low on the carbs, just made sure they were complex carbs and took most of them in before the early evening. Let us know how this works for you.
I went back and re-read this thread. Brundle you're too hard on yourself. You look better than a lot of guys and your progress is nothing to laugh at. Seriously. It really proves how important a good diet is. Keep it up. you're looking great.
I think I'd rather die than never train again too, so I can't say not to do it. I think with a TRT dose of test and maybe some peptides/gh plus massive food and dedication you'll get pretty damn close at least. Good luck to you bro
