    Re: Is it possible?......

Yes, you can absolutely get to where you want to be with diet as the catalyst. But, and I repeat but, you have to do it in the safest possible manner now because of your medical history. You will need to watch your diet more closely, the stress you place on the body through training and through everyday life, your rest needs to be at its peak and you need to know when to back off. In a nutshell, you need to train and diet smarter then ever. But in getting to know you these past few months I will say this in all honesty. If anyone can do it, you can do it.

Any help I can be, you let me know my friend.

While I don't have personal experience with gear, I do believe with a clean diet you might be able to get near your goal. Not sure about in 12 weeks though. I do agree with you that diet is key to many things. You will be doing a lot of eating, lol! Here is a link to an article that you may find helpful. It certainly wouldn't hurt to include these foods in your diet and they also have many othet benefits for you.

I believe you can do it. Compounds are only an aid to a great diet and training program. Even though you've done 2g a week plus, IMHO your body wasn't using near that, I don't believe it can. You'll be extremely surprised what can be done on a TRT dose and diet and training. Honestly I got some of my best progress this prep on low doses. Well under a gram for the most part total a week.

Look up a thread started a couple of days ago about 2 week bulk cycles. I don't have the link, but baby1 put it up an it was about clean and dirty bulks, and the benefit of running a 2 week bulk (clean or dirty) followed by a 2 week cut. I think the info would be very beneficial to your goals.

You can do it an you've got a family here ready to help and motivate bro!!

In time you will gain the weight you want with a strict diet. Can you take aminos, bcaa's,arginine any of that stuff how about a pre workout drink or did the doc say nothing at all. If you still can take your hrt dose may I ask what dose is that and have you got any other 2nd opinions. Or did she say if you use that amount again you can have another heart attack.Hopw is your heart how are the enzymes is there any blockage or scar tissue. Tell me about your heart

                  THere was no warning.
THere are no signs of problems with my heart except for a low ejection fraction. 35%. It should be 55-75%. This is the amount of blood pumped out by the heart so it indicates a weak heart. But tests were taken right after a cardiac arrest.

Im sure I can take aminos.
Im not sure about the arginine because its a vasodilator. Ill probably have to steer away from stim based PWO drinks.....I made my own and the shit was strong so this is gonna be a challenge.
My prescribed dosage is 200mg weekly but I do a heavy handed 100mg e3d. Closer to 300 weekly. + Formeron as an AI daily. Low dose. THis is good for my heart as well because it keeps bloat down and BP down.
The Dr said it could have been the gear and I was on a good deal. around 3g mixed AAS.
                  Everything else looks normal.
                  HDL 40
                  LDL 50

Hey Brundel, sorry to hear about this experience. I think it is definitely possible to get close to where you were before. I say close because the body has a natural state of homeostasis that it follows. From what I understand the gear lets one push past that state in to a more super physiological level. That is why when most people stop using, they lose mass. It's the bodies way of returning to your naturally genetic state. I could be wrong, thats just how I've always understood it. Eating and training hard will always produce results. I wish you the best Brundel. Stay strong my friend!!

If your ef does not improve, you will not be able to train very hard at all. I have rehabilitated hundreds of cardiac patients and an ef of 35 is terrible. As you mentioned, it could improve though.
I don't think there is any way any of us can know what your potential is, it's going to depend on the results of the stress test.
I would be curious to know what your functional capacity is after your test, please let us know (max MET level). Are you scheduled for a stress echo, because only an echo can measure your ef?

                        Re: Is it possible?......

I did the echo test a month ago. Have not seen the result.
I have a defib/pacemaker in my chest. Dr put an extra lead in on the side thats weak. She said there is a good chance it will strengthen the heart.
I have been walking a couple miles EOD.
I did some light arms the other day 90lb skulls and curls. Felt fine. Light. This is good because I felt weak not too long ago.

I know they plan on having a big team there for the test and I will be hooked up.
I dont know if they can do an ECHO while Im doing the test. But I can find out the results of the last one.

Im not gonna lie. Im nervous. My whole life revolves around bodybuilding. I own a supp company, IM on BB forums all the time. All my friends are juiced to the gills.
I looked forward to training every day.
If I cant train hard its gonna be a heavy blow.

YEA...LIKE YOU, I WOULD TEND TO THINK, THROUGH MUSCLE MEMORY, YOU CAN GET IT ALL BACK OR MOST. DIET WOULD PROBOBLY HAVE TO BE VERY CLEAN. IF YOUR LIKE ME, WHEN ON, I DONT EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MORE "JUNK" INTAKE...IT SEEMS TO BURN AWAY WITHOUT A PROB. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE WHEN I'M OFF!! DONT KNOW THAT THE STRENGTH WILL COME BACK, BUT AS SOMEONE ELSE SAID, I'M ALSO OF THE THOUGHT THAT AS LONG AS I LOOK LIKE I CAN LIFT 400, I DONT CARE THAT I CANY....ACTUALLY...I'D RATHER LOOK LIKE I CAN WHILE LIFTING THE PINK WEIGHTS!! I WOULDNT PUT A 12WEEK TIME PERIOD ON IT ONLY FOR THE FACT THAT I WOULD WANT TO BE CAREFULL AND AVOID ANY FURTHER INJURY....ITS NOT A RACE.

The fact that you're walking that much and lifting some symptom free means you're probably doing well and you may have a good prognosis.
They will sometimes do a stress echo, which is an echo immediately following your treadmill test to see how well your heart functions under stress. Either way they will probably do an echo again even if not during the stress test.
