    lol me too and now we get a whole week and a half to think about it... damn scheduale.

    What about the magnesium and the multi vit?? Think I need to get that stuff and where? I think I am going to watch the fat until I get all the stuff ready then Ill dive in head first. Ill just watch the carbs so I get used to it and still eat somewhat clean until I get all the supps and then that way I might already be in ketosis anyway. Went last night and picked up the ol' 30 pack box of burgurs... some steaks... had to get my customary 2 bags of frozen chicken breatsts, 2 crates of 30 eggs, cheese, and some jello for a snack. Oh, by the way walmart has ur hidden valley ranch on sale for like 2.50 a bottle... picked up 2 of em Any other suggestions at all for stuff I should get weather it be food, supps?

      yeah i take magnesium before bed, ala with every meal, and a mutli among a bunch of others in the AM.

      supps u sound good. food sounds good, maybe bacon. or costco has scallops wrapped in bacon...mmmmm good. dip those bad boys in ranch and i'm lovin life. and if u eat chicken make sure u fatten it up.

        So will I lose muscle if I cut the carbs and don't eat the fat until I get everything together? Also I know no coffee but what about green tea... or decafinated green tea?

            Well, I still havn't changed any on the scales, so I'm officially gonna up the cardio and protien both. Fats will prob stay around 50 +- per day but Protein will go from 250 to 275 or so. Also, I've only been on the cardio for 1 week now, due to my month long trip of being sick. So I feel positive that the fat should start coming off again this week. Hope you guys are doing well with it and keep it up.....Shiner

              try changing ur fat to protein ratio during the week shiner. like on monday start at 75% fat, the go to 70 or 65% buy friday have it at like 60% 40%. experiment with the ratios and also the days. some do 4 day deplete then 3 day load or whatever. the ratios and days work differently with every person.

              i actually came off of the diet. hit a plateau for almost 4 weeks. i need to try and lower my cortisol to see if that is whats causing my other problems, and carbs will help lower it. plus a change should help me start losing again. before i did a diet of 55% protein, 30% carbs and 15% fat. then i did this diet. so now i'm gonna do 55%carbs and 30%protein to see how my body responds to that.
