      Crombie - you should have your BF tested so you truly know if you are losing muscle or not. When many guys lose fat they "look" smaller and "feel smaller" but are really more defined!

      Just my $0.02 ~ I have been eating low/no carb for a while now so I know how you feel. Edvedr is the MAN when it comes to NoCarb.

        Yeah I know. I just want that "big" look. I was small all throught high school and I dont want to ever feel small again. Im just going to bulk, bulk, bulk till Im about 265, then start cutting. Then even when Im getting cut I'll still be big.

            6'4" got down to 223ish lbs. In the last 5 days, Im back up to 225. Started this diet at 235 lbs.

                  Ed, how you doin with it all? Down anymore from this week?
                  I still havn't been able to do my cardio b/c of my upper respiratory infection from two weeks ago. I feel great and lifting goes very well, but when I start breathing heavy from cardio, the nasty cough keeps coming back. So I'm only officially down from 216 to 201. Same as last week. Diet and Lifting are still going well, but I'll need the cardio to get me below 200. Hopefully after doing it for a week straight, next week, I will break that mark. BF down officially from 15.4 to 13.7 So I'm very pleased. Should end up somewhere around 185-192 once I get to 10%. Then I'll stay on a clean LBM diet for a LOOOOOOOONG time. Cutting is just too hard, but the end result of less bodyfat is VERY rewarding. Thanks again for the help, as it's definitely working....peace, Shiner

                    glad ur happy. i'm still losing, very slowly tho. i have 2 things against me tho. one i can't lift and 2 my test levels are low from cycling too long. right now my top abs are leaner than ever but my love handles and lower belly have not lost anything. i say thats cause my test levels are low, so the stubborn areas are just not gonna move. i'm about to start hcg theropy with another pct to see how this helps my test levels. i read some things by an experienced BB and he said i didn't do a good enough pct for the cycles that i did. this protocol was tested by docs and worked on 5 different male adults who all had low test due to cycling too long. so i hope this works.

                      can you explain what the recomended PCT was from this person?

                        well the study he posted was on 5 different male adults who had low LH levels and low test levels due to long AAS use. protocol is hcg 2500ius eod for 16 days, clomid @ 50MGS ED and nolva @ 20 mgs ED days 1-45. after day 16 i get blood work done again to see if levels have raised a good amount, if they did then i cont with clomid and nolva till day 45. if they didn't then i start hcg at the same dose again for another 16 days. all 5 men had levels above 500 after the theropy was completed.

                          Just wanted to check in and see how you've been progessing.?. Hope it's going well.

                          I flattend out last week. Didn't lose anything. But I hadn't done cardio in those last three weeks due to being sick. Monday was my first day back at it. But we'll see how it goes. I'm heading to Colorado for the next 5 days, so with all the hiking, biking, walking, etc.. I very much anticipate to lose a good 4-5 pounds in water/fat (hopefully 2+ in fat) LOL. Anyway, what do you think I could do to jumpstart the remaining 15 pounds. I'm down to around 13.7% and hoping that these remaining 15 pounds could drop me below 9%. At that point I would just never bulk or cut again. Only a SLOW lbm diet. Thanks for any help bro.....and good luck....Shiner

                            well i got my blood work done and my test levels were actually a 686. so thats not my problem. gonna work on lowering cortisol to see if thats my culprit. i weight in on friday to see if i lost anything else this week. and for the most part i'm planing on doing the same thing. once i get my BF around 8% then i want to stay there. no more of this yo yo shit. even when on cycle i'll just go for LBM gains, ones i know i'll keep. i'm done with dbol, high test, deca anything that will bloat me. this long break from injury allowed me to clear my head a bit, i no longer feel addicted to juice. and i realized being only 5'6 its pretty easy for me to look jacked, every bit i gain is noticeable when i'm lean.

                              Whats up fella's. Im gonna try this out soon, just gotta get all the peices in place first as I hate doing anything half assed. ALA or R-ALA... any recommendations on which kind and where the cheapest place is to get it? Also what about the magnesium and the other stuff in the origional diet plan?? Ed, How do you tell if your body uses the asp and the other stuff in diet soda's and other things as sugar as I remember you saying its an individual thing?? Im 5'8 185-187 and wanna drop another 15lbs but am more concerned w/ bf% than the actual weight. Dont know what my bf% is cause they dont measure it at the gym I go to... any suggestions?

                                it is an individual thing but if u can do without them then just cut them out of your diet. i knew cause i wasn't losing and everything was on point except i was pounding cyrstal light. when i cut that i started losing. as for ur BF u can just go get a caliper and take measurements on certain areas. at least that will tell u if fat is being lost instead of just general weight

                                ps i'm still upset about losing monday. lol
