yes i can't wait to start again on monday. i stopped for a bit to see if carb depleting was hurting my wrist recovery. but carbs don't have any connection so back to getting ripped!!!

YES.....I didn't even lift all weekend, either.....I almost didn't follow the rules , but decided to go by the book like you said. I looked fuller and still had a net loss of two pounds. Thanks bro, I'll keep you posted later throughout the week and DEF next Monday...peace Shiner

Hey guys, the lady and I decided to stay till today and haul ass home beofre she missed her 2pm class. We got pulled over for speeding but talked our way out of it. Nice state trooper.
I hope I did everything ok this weekend, it wasnt how it is normally for me. I woke up Saturday morning to my girlfriend making eggs with cheese, bacon, biscuits and they had bought some Kalachies (spell check). Devoured all that and had a big glass of milk. Then during the party we had fajitas, I tried to eat a lot of carbs but I think I just ate a lot. I tried to eat a lot of tortillas and chips. Oh shit and then between the times of 1pm and 8pm, I had about 10 Miller Lites. I know that much isnt good for me but it as a party. The rest of the weekend we pretty much had leftovers from the party, a lot of queso, rice, beans, tortillas, some beef fajitas and tons of cheese. I had one Dr. Pepper the entire weekend.
I woke up this morning and did some light cardio on the treadmill for 30 minutes (we were in a rush to leave) I ate some eggs with cheese and a big piece of ham.
I have notied ever since last Wednesday but didnt think much of it b/c it happens sometimes. My urine is cloudy and really foamy everytime I go to the bathroom. You guys having this too?
Is it ok for me to drink diet cokes? All last week, the only thing I drank was water. Will one diet coke a day mess the diet up?
I havent jumped on the scale yet, Id rather look in the mirror myself. I'll get upset if I go below 225lbs. I cant tell much of a differnce yet butmy GF said that my stomach looks a lot flatter. She kept grabbing me at the party. Oh the party was out by the pool, it was a bunch of old people, my gf and her 4 hot friends, dont tell her I said that. We all got in our swimsuits and later my gf told me all her friends were drooling over my body. So I guess, Im doing alright. I cant wait for my abs to start showing more.
The only reason I felt bad this weekend was b/c I know I had a shitload of calories. I was eating a lot every meal because I was attempting to take in tons of carbs.

As for myself, I got sick over the weekend (Sunday) and missed Mon/Tues cardio due to coughing so much. But I still got the diet & lifting in. Feeling better today and back @ it tomorrow.

as for the diet soda thats depends on the individual. aspartame, citric acid, caffeine and too much protein will kick you out of ketosis, well the aspartame and CA depends on the person. but no caffeine and i wouldn't eat too much protein

Also, not that I drink very much caffeine, but do you think 1/2 cup coffee in the morning at work would hurt me at all?
