    I have a few questions:

    1. When do I start the carb phase? Friday night or Saturday morning?
    2. Can I really eat what and as much as I want?
    3. Wont my body start craving carbs again after every weekend?

      1.) start after your Friday afternonn w/out
      2.) I plan on eating healthy all wk-end. cheat meal sat night and ^ carb/cal both days
      3.) I bet mine will, but that's okay, cause it will get used to it after a couple of weeks

        i start saturday morning. i don't eat what ever i want no. i just have about 60% come from carbs, and i watch fat intake. and the quicker u get ur body back in ketosis the sooner it won't crave carbs. mondays are important!

          Well do you do as it says in the article? Pizza and Beer or do you eat only good carbs like you're still on a diet? Im going to my GFs father's b-day on Saturady and I figured I would eat the fajitas they're having catered in. Maybe some chips. Im not going to go crazy over the weekend or anything just eat like I used to before I dieted.

            I'm sure he might have A beer or so. But I'm only gonna have that one cheat meal on Sat. night. And I make my own pizza so it's not as bad for you...wheat/not white, loaded with sauce and chicken, etc... And of course some Col'beers. Other than that, I'd bet that your fajitas ought to be a perfect weekend meal. Not 'too' high in fat and the carbs/protein are Definitely there. Have fun and good luck bro.

                Not really. Im just more easily aggrevated than usually on top of my tren/prop cycle Im on right now. Haha. It was bad on day 2-3 but yesterday went well, except for when some guy tried to offer my $1150 less than what I was asking for my car. He actually wasted my time test driving it and talking to him for an hour about it then saying he was $1150 short. I told him politely to FUCK OFF. Literally. Anyhow I woke up this morning and feel fine, ate my eggs and block of cheese and I feel totally normal.

                Oh forgot, last night at the gym when I was lifting weights I noticed it was harder for me to breath (nothing major) and my heart was racing just from lifting! No cardio.

                      just eat alot of carbs. if you do it correctly your muscles will be full as hell. u will feel it. its a great feeling

                        Starting the carb up later tonight....can't wait. I should be hitting the gym around 8 or so. then carb time comes for two whole days. Already looking tighter and def feeling tighter.

                        *I was VERY surprised to feel so much strength in the gym last night. It felt like I could choke the life out of the bar. Strange, but i'm not complaining. we'll see what happens on the scale next mon/tues after almost 1 week gone by....Shiner

                          I was wondering did you actually gain muscle and lose BF like the articles say?

                          Also my last carb meal would be Sunday evening, correct? I mean can/should I eat some carbs before bed as well or just stop after dinner?

                            1.) Well, I didn't start until late tuesday and officially on Wed, it's not fair for me to beat myself up just yet. But I/my partner can definitely see a diff in 'cut' around my shoulders and arms. I can also notice my stomach tightening up. The top 4 of my six pack are already showing.
                            2.) Yes, you can eat all the way through dinner on Sunday....I think ed suggests that we don't overdo that meal at all, though. Mainly, b/c our body is getting ready to be shocked the next day. But def still go normal weekend carb level.

                              hard to tell, i would say more along the lines of just preserving all your muscle. i wouldn't count on actually gaining some muscle.

                              the last meal should be judged by your body. once the pumped full feeling goes away and ur muscles flatten out then go back to depleteing the carbs. some guys say 4 day deplete 3 day load works best for them. i'm more like 5 to 2 or even 6 to 1. if u pay close attention to the way YOUR body reacts to each phase you will be able to get the most out of it
