    Well here is a pretty good answer. I always just eat the whole egg but rarely eat them right after training.

      I dont get people who actually separate out the yolk and throw it out. What a waste.
      I do like the egg white delight mcmuffin at Mcdonalds tho. Them babies are good

        I eat whole eggs almost every morning myself at least 5 at the time

          Whole eggs for me every single morning. I don't know any other way to start the day lol. I actually circle back around and eat eggs for dinner sometimes as well.

                Good stuff...thanks jipped. I eat 2 to 3 whole for breakfast and I think the yolk is the best part anyway

                  In my prime I would eat 14 egg whites with 2 yolks for my 1st meal and last meal of the day. To this day egg whites are my main go to for quick easy meals along with not feeling super full after. Not a fan of hard boiled eggs

                        Whole eggs. Healthy fats and amino acids. Whites if you're on a calorie restricted diet.
