    Pushtoday Pics

    Thanks to all the members and MODs for the warm welcome.
    Mountain-Man suggested I come check out FitnessGeared so here I am.
    Y'all can blame him when you get sick of me.
    Early 40s , Family man.
    I'm 5'6" short and 185lbs right now.
    Goals are to get to 200lbs, somewhat lean by next summer.
