I posted up in the New Members forum about a month ago when I joined. Thought I might give a little more insight to who I am. guns01 referred me to Fitnessgeared. i saw his post in my OP in the New Members and wanted to let everyone here see if he was right. you guys have great board here from what I've seen and thanks for having as member
I'm 51 yrs old been training about 30 years. Never been on stage or really had a desire to. the pic on the left was my senior year in high school, 1982, I probably weighed 150 soaking wet. When I started training I weight about 175-180 in 1985. I guess you could say I was your typical hard gainer. Currently I weigh about 170. I don;t get on the scale much I go more by the mirror and how I feel. I feel I look my best at 150-55 but I like to eat to much. lol I train 4-5 days a week depending on my knees. I have arthritis in my hands and in my left knee that gives me fits from time to time. Ortho tells me I'm to young for a knee replacement and my knee joints have good spacing and tightness it's just the ostocytes from the arthritis so he gives me steroid shots as I need them and I get Synvisc (silicon lubricant) every 6 months. Other the arthritis I am in great health and I just keeping trying to defy age.
