One reason for the small delta is because my right shoulder is bone on bone. I'm going to need a partial shoulder replacement.so I can't train delts much and when I do I use the 20 pound weights lol.

my delts aren't as small as they appear in the pic. they're small but not that small. its a weird angle but it makes my arm look bigger than it actually is.

I got that bone on bone shit..same shoulder. relearning everything.... everything. hold out as long as you can cause ya, shoulder surgery sucks
yea I'm trying. there's stem cell injections they can do to regrow cartilage. hopefully that will be a better option if it works like they say it can.
haha, even from bad angles you are far from small man. something you can also ask your doc about that they are doing for military guys i know is collagen or some kind of silicon injections to replace where all the cartlidge is gone. these injections last anywhere from 8-12 months before having to be redone. i havent had them myself but a close buddy of mine that ran the 3 mile in 17 minutes and ruined his knees and was on the verge of being put out the military had them done and he is still in now and told me that he feels better than he did in his teens.
I was offered shots...(in six months after surgery if pain persists.) BS.. im holding out for that stem cell thing hopefully that will take off unless they can make new permenat cartilge that would be great. well time will tell.
then and now. i feel like little twig lol. i'm 185 lbs now haven't touch a weight since september 7. had a couple back surgeries I'm recovering from. can't touch wait until May 2017.
