yesterday NPC California champ and top national guy Lenyn Nunez called me about wanting to be my prep coach for masters nationals...yes, he came to me and asked lol...i wasn't expecting that i'd be sought out by coaches this early and without me asking first...anyway...he doesn't know how shitty i eat yet...

first thing we're changing this year is my rep range...i'm still training H.I.T. 1 set per exercise, but shooting for 15-20 reps...much of which will be rest-pause to get there depending on exercise and how i feel...some exercises straight reps to get there...i'm already strong so really no need to keep getting stronger with low reps and risk injury as i near 40
