    tweaked my low back doing rack deads today (again)...everytime deads or squats...i think my hips are shifted...only did 315x20 (had to regrip at 18 and with straps)...still light enough but lower back pulled again...i'll definitely be training abs more often now and never again train too soon after eating (couldn't keep midsection tight enough i'm sure added to the pull
