yesterday i ate:
dozen whole eggs, 8 pieces bread (of which 4 were used for pb&j), 2lbs chicken, a banana, 7 layer burrito, beef taco...still have a burrito supreme, bean burrito, dorito taco, 3 cups coffee, 32 oz diet coke, gallon tap water
ya and be pissed that i only train 3 days a week and only 3-4 sets per bodypart which is only trained once a week

no man. he barely eats, barely trains and barely supplements that much. he has built a nasty foundation and is able to improve and maintain with the bare minimums of everything. a true freak so to speak

yesterday was around 4,000 calories...taco bell isn't low cal lol
todays' menu: 4 packs chicken ramen, $5 box meal plus 7 layer burrito and bean burrito with extra red sauce, 2 ham and scrambled egg sandwiches with white bread and butter (whole eggs), 1 sleeve ritz crackers, and a box of mac n cheese....oh and a diet coke lol
not sure...quads are 26.5, arms 17.5, waist is probably 32-33 right now...my first show when i was a bantamweight it got down to 26.5...i wouldn't be able to get it down that small ever again...i eat way too much now that i'm bigger all over
I can drink shakes all day but when I eat a lot of solid food I get lazy like laying around a lot. Maybe I need EQ to boost my hunger. I eat every 3 hour and 2 times at night but can not break the 3500-4000 cal mark
