                            This post was a long time ago. You have to show me the goods more often than this. I get jealous when I see 4 types of lifts and done. That would be a dream in my world. Haha

                                I see they are extremely effective for you that's why I keep track of what you are doing. Doubles are tough hope you are doing good. I know you are lifting, probably no time to post; understandable.
