      What is this unilateral machine? I have to look for it tomorrow.

      Just growl at the jerk with no etiquette. Did you ask to work-in? They usually say; 1 more set then leave. Even for me. No guys want to work with me. They scared.

        Unilateral is where the handles/arms of the mechanism move independently, kind of like hammerstrength machines.

        I was doing supersets with the lat pull downs and the OHP. I went to write my lifts down and they hijacked the lat machine.
