    Finished my Medrol pack 2 days ago and it made my body feel better, however, as soon as I am done with it back comes the inflammation.


    Thankful Fuzo pushed me to go with him to the gym today. I made our daughter go too even though she wasnt happy about it. Made us botrh feel better after we were done. The gym helps my head more than helps my body but I will take it!!! Tomorrow I hope to do a bit more there

      in a contstant body battle but I am doing what I can at the moment. Idle time is not good for me so I go to the gym even if rolling is all I can do that day

        Question: When you have stress in life whether it is good stress like working out or working in the yard or bad stress like emotional do these things drain you and for the next several days you feel worthless and low energy/tired?

        I ask because this is how I was. It wasn't until I got my adrenals issue fixed that all these things stopped happening.

        I noticed you felt a lot better with the Medrol pack which is a corticosteroid. This is synthecially raising your cortisol levels which would make anyone with low adrenal output feel better.

        I know we have talked about this in the past but just an observation I had.

          Yes i do believe my adrenals are taxed and i know that is why the prednisolone helps. I think the burn out is secondary to other things going on. I def am working on keeping those healthy . thanks!

              Short gym day but good work in. Sweat like a pig, and I love to sweat. Did some HIIT, as and foam rolling. Eating back on track today. Just waiting for my pot pie to get done cooking! All organic yummy ingredients...of course.

                If you sweat alot (like me), then you may want to try out metasalt. IMO best electrolyte tablet out there and a ton better than gatorade of course.

                  Iam just a water gal and foods that are essential for mineral replacement but I will take a look at that, thanks. I also drink some Himalayan salt brine daily

                    Today I will be training my vocal cords. No gym just party with cake. karaoke, swimming and bad munchies! I am not a great influence today!!!

                      Back to school. Back on my schedule. Walked around the lake yesterday morning and then hit the gym with Fuzo later. Sore today but feelin ok.

                          Threw is some Smith Machine squats and I am feeling it, but this is good pain. Swelling too, but that is usual for me. Cant wait to work some more legs!

                                legs and back are your foundation for your entire body. strong legs make you more effective at everything. nothing aggervates me more than seeing someone with a fantastic physique and chicken legs and i have heard every excuse under the sun as to why. my knees are bad, my back is bad, i have to still run because i am on active duty. their is absolutely no excuse as to why your body cannot match. i am as messed up as a football bat and i have pretty good legs, so i dont like to hear any excuses as to why i cant do this or that.

                                for you, you have to find that happy middle ground of not to little and not to much. roll them puppies out really well pre and post and lay on the floor with your feet straight up on the wall to keep the swelling and inflamation down. that should keep you on track and making progress
