Ok so I decide to accept that I need to make small attainable goals. My main goal last week was to get back on an eating regimen that helps me feel better. In order for me to do that I have to make sure I log all my food . I also ordered up some new supps to try, in hopes that I can tolerate them.It was a good week and cutting out almost all gluten, helped my body swelling go down as well as no skin reactions. I will continue on this and this add this weeks goal to get back in to light weight training but not adding in cardio yet. I am following a 12 plan that is pretty simple and was effective for me years ago. I know I can do this and my motivation is not to be or look like someone else. My motivation has always been NOT to be what I see/hear others complain about. This was sort of my approach as a hairstylist, instead of asking people what they wanted all the time, I started out with " what is it that you do not want?" Anyway, I apply this to many things I do and getting back on track is one of them. Thanks for all your support!
Yesterday started this weeks goal and that was to get back in the gym. I went with fuzo and we parted when we got there. When i was done I went up to him and he said " You done already?" I so expected that from him so I said " You are supposed to say to me...good job baby1". he laughs and says oh yeah good job. I have to keep thinking slow progress is progress. If I go balls out right away I will be set back again and again. Continuing with my clean eating and logging....
Slow but making progress! Having to break down and try a med for my thyroid issue. With the help of Fuzo, and guns, I have been given some great advice and a nudge to give this T3 and T4 a try. Going the natural route for this problem is just not helping. Keeping my fingers crossed and then I will be able to get more done in the gym
well, just retested some labs and one thing that changed for sure was my TSH level but guess what? Yep you know me, I took the med for 2 days then said FUQ this and did some other things. My endo said thyroid labs looked great now so I hope that will continue and it wasnt because of meds. Wouldnt mind a thyroid guru here to take a look at my numbers and give me your thoughts. Also, had some other labs done and waiting for my total and free test levels to come back before I try some supplements...FINALLY! I AM trying this and hoping I have no ill effects form it.
