    Npp 200-240week
    Tren e 250-750week
    12.5 aromasin eod
    Caber. 5 once per week
    Plus liver, kidney supports multi v fish oil and some simple supps protein and a intra workout with creatine and beta alanine... Have some test suspension on the way to tty pre workout as well as Viagra or cialis some days.

    Diet is going to get back to 4-500 protein 3-400 carbs & 120-180fat

    Today I'll be back onto bpak mi40 hoping the boss will me me up a plan with soem of Meadows exercises soon they are a little more fun and not so dreadfull to do haba

          we will get you rolling wide open once those damage causing meds are cleared out of your system. a torn anything wont get us anywhere haha other than starting back over again.

              Been off them 2 weeks on Wednesday... I'll fire back upi40 today it gets better that first week kind of blows with lotsa fun leg work...

                So yesterday

                Diet
                Protein waffles x4
                Rice w beef and chicken
                2 more protein waffles
                Edameme noodles with steak and salad
                Protein pudding
                Trying to get more food in
                This was
                345 c
                125 f
                360 p

                Workout
                Chest press w a twist 3 sets of 10 used 30lbs wrists are sore

                Incline bench 2 warm up 4x8 pyramid up from 95lbs to 175

                Strerch push ups hands on bench 3x20

                Bent lateral 3x20 17.5 lbs

                BB front raises 3x12 40lbs

                Heavy partial side lateral raises 3x30 40lbs

                Felt good got a great pump
                Also warmed up with 15 min hiit on bIke and finished with abs

                  20 min cardio
                  4 set of 15-20 70lb seated leg curls
                  4 sets 10 alternating legs for 20 and ten with both legs at end 40lbs

                  Leg press
                  2 plates side 2x15
                  4sets of 10 adding a plate to each side every set followed by another set with a drop to failure

                  Split squats 3x8 25lb dumbells with 15 sec ISO hold

                  Stiff leg deads 2x10 30lb dumbells



                  Diet.
                  *Protein waffles
                  Rice beef and chicken w coconut oil
                  2 turkey pepperoni and 4 cheese strings lol
                  1 protein bar
                  1 med Greek loaded pizza
                  1 chocolate fudge brownie

                      It was awesome... I hate splits though 2 light sets was good haha but did some abs and they were cramping hard when I tried to situp had to do the role off of mat hahaha

                          Trying to eat more but It's been hard, also stressed for my exam coming up on the 23rd...

                            start easing that light cardio back in and let's get that appetite stimulated. dont be missing meals but dont force feed either. we dont want your metabolism crashing out on us

                              I've been doing cardio pre workout either 20 steady state or 15 hiit, come spring I'll be back on fasted am, my schedule is just to out of wack r now... Thanks ☺
