    Meal one,
    homemade sugar free rice pudding and 1 cup cottage cheese

    Meal two,

    5 Oz pork chop, cherry tomatoes and homemade kale chips

    Meal four,
    5 oz Chicken breast, half cup zucchini, half cup, broccoli with a tablespoon of olive oil and some balsamic vinager

    Meal five,
    Not sure yet but a protein, prob just a shake and some veggies or post wo shake and some meat and veggies when I get home if still hungry

    Workout today will be chest and arms may skip biceps due to bugging me.

    Bench press 4x 12 light prob 135, 155 or 175

    Incline dumbbell press 4x12 prob 60-70lbs

    Flat flys 4x12 50-60 lbs

    Machine press 4x12 80-90 lbs

    Cable crossovers 4x12 light like 40-50 to failure with 4 drop sets at end

    Biceps?

    Triceps

    Pushdowns rope 4x12 weight no clue yet lol

    Skull crushers 4x12

    Cable Overhead Rope extensions 4x12

    Cable One Arm vertical Overhead extensions

    I hope this helps somewhat I would leave until the end.of the day but it's food lunch bed time after gym.
    Hey brother I'm bad about logging my food intake as well. Typically I just update what the typical daily diet looks like for me. As far as my workouts go what I do and you might want to give it a try if you have a smart phone is I log my work out as I do it on my smart phone on the notepad. And then once I'm done working out I just copy and paste it onto my fitness geared log when everything is done. No work to do later.

      Thanks I use notepad for everything and thought of that but haven't done it, maybe Ill try

        Meal three protein shale
        Meal four hamburger patty broccoli zucchini w some cheese for fat
        Meal five protein shake
        Meal aorta six beef jersey

        Workout was flailed
        Shoulders
        Presses on smith machine 2 warmth 4x12 115lbs
        Cable side Lateral 4x12 60 lbs
        Cable front raises 4x12 90 lbs
        DB Underhand front raises 2x12 20 lb 2x10 15 lb
        DB rear Delts Bent over raises 4x12 15 lbs
        Shrugs 4x12 65 lbs each Arm
        15 min cardio
        Out :-D

              Thank you feeling rearly good for off cycle training it's crazy. On 3 iu hgh which may be helping, just finished clomid today. I also found out yesterday I'm not going to camp :-) so can start bulk sooner but have supplies to get still...

                      Meal one rice pudding, pork chop
                      Meal two hamburger, broccoli zucchini, roasted potatoes
                      Meal three smoked salmon, some high fat sausage and tomato cucumber and carrots
                      Meal four some sorta lean hamburger lol other burger is alwats lean

                        Meal four cheap had an a and w burger w onion rings I know I know

                        Workout HIIT
                        5min warmup 10 min high intensity 45 sec giving er 75 seconds slow followed by 15 minds moderate cardio
                        Did some simple standing calf working left one (small one) more and some Ab roller and leg raises

                              Stered carb cycle ive and did a back workout. Then spent an hour soaking in hot tub and sauna my tendinitis is killing me farg

                                When I start my bulk in December I'll spend time everynight and really do a good job. I have six weeks off work and although all the supps I'll be on it will be hard to log but help me grow grow grow

                                The one thing I hate is coming back up north to work or being on up here and coming off bc everyone I work with is so judgemental and can tell i use gear but I just ignore it and play dumb
                                The log will help over the long run. You have to ignore the stupid comments too. People say the worst things because they really don't have any self discipline or knowledge on how to transform their body. One of the nicest guys in the gym called me crazy today when I told him I was on a bulk up. He couldn't understand why I want to gain, when I just worked so hard all year to lose and look fit. He laughed and shook his head. BTW we all use tons of supps we don't log. If someone really wants to know, they will ask you what is working.

                                I love reading your log, you crack me up with all that cheat pizza. I have to live vicariously through you because I only get pizza once a year that is planned then maybe 1 cheat. Stick with your plan and it will all come together for you.
