      Today worked 13 hrs
      Half he HIIT
      Meal 1 Prot, starch
      Meal 2 Prot fat
      Meal 3 prot veg
      MEal 4 Prot fat
      Meal 5 Prot veg fat

        Meal one Prot fat
        Meal two Prot fruit
        Meal three cheat pizza
        Meal four cheat pizza and some candy, i bought to much but will try my hardest to eat half lol

        Worked Legs and 12 mind cardio

                Did a back workout today and HIIT cardio.

                Meal 1 Prot starch
                Meal 2 Prot starch vegy
                Meal 3 prot
                Meal 4 Prot veg fat
                Meal 5 Prot

                    Sorry I know just working 12 hrs it's hard enough to get to the gym let alone lay everything out but when I home it will be better.

                    Work is slow today though so here is my meal plan for the day

                    Meal one,
                    homemade sugar free rice pudding and 1 cup cottage cheese

                    Meal two,
                    7 Oz roast beef with mustard

                    Meal three,
                    5 Oz pork chop, cherry tomatoes and homemade kale chips

                    Meal four,
                    5 oz Chicken breast, half cup zucchini, half cup, broccoli with a tablespoon of olive oil and some balsamic vinager

                    Meal five,
                    Not sure yet but a protein, prob just a shake and some veggies or post wo shake and some meat and veggies when I get home if still hungry

                    Workout today will be chest and arms may skip biceps due to bugging me.

                    Bench press 4x 12 light prob 135, 155 or 175

                    Incline dumbbell press 4x12 prob 60-70lbs

                    Flat flys 4x12 50-60 lbs

                    Machine press 4x12 80-90 lbs

                    Cable crossovers 4x12 light like 40-50 to failure with 4 drop sets at end

                    Biceps?

                    Triceps

                    Pushdowns rope 4x12 weight no clue yet lol

                    Skull crushers 4x12

                    Cable Overhead Rope extensions 4x12

                    Cable One Arm vertical Overhead extensions

                    I hope this helps somewhat I would leave until the end.of the day but it's food lunch bed time after gym.

                        I'll try my best to do this as much as possible but was thinking in December when I bulk I would get a little deeper.
                        Be good to get feedback thougg to drop.more fat if needed although I good now.it's falling off by the lb

                          Today log
                          Meal one 6 oz roast beef, cherry tomatoes, a small paper and carrots
                          Meal two, 7 Oz Chicken breast, broccoli and zucchini w olive oil and balsamic
                          Meal three, shitty cheat had some macaroni I wasn't prepared last night and a chocolate bar, will
                          Keep four will be another small cheat post wo prob pizza or something quick

                          Workout HIIT
                          1-5 min warm up
                          5 minutes high intensity bursting 30 sec fats 30 sec slow
                          20 min moderate cardio
                          I'll probably use elliptical and throw some abs and calves in after l.

                            Hey Nixon, doing a log is tough, just keep up as much as you can and be real. You will be able to look back and see the progress, good and bad. You can plan the future and meet your goals based on prior achievements and failures.

                              I think it will be good in the long run and hold me more accountable for my actions.
                              When I start my bulk in December I'll spend time everynight and really do a good job. I have six weeks off work and although all the supps I'll be on it will be hard to log but help me grow grow grow

                              The one thing I hate is coming back up north to work or being on up here and coming off bc everyone I work with is so judgemental and can tell i use gear but I just ignore it and play dumb
