    Heres a side note to my injections. Im really building up alot of scar tissue from the Tren and if i inject in that area OMG i have alot of pain and blood when i pull the needle out. Im really starting to hate using this Acetate. Im definitely not going that route again.

    I shot test alot lower in my glute yesterday and it feels like a virgin muscle. So i think im gonna go back to doing test in my delts. I seriously love injecting twice a week i dont care if i have to wait four weeks for it to kick in.

    This prami makes me feel shitty in the morning and some days it feels like it lessens the potentcy of my regular medication i take. Right now im taking the Prami every three days.

      every other day or e3d should be fine man with the prami. now for the scar tissue, rotate sites as frequently as possible chest tris, quads,glute and shoulders. that gives you a total 10 areas to hit and should help with the scar tissue buildup. also foam/rumble rolling as well as deep tissue message will break up scar tissue big time. think it's bs? i couldnt hit my glutes at all anywhere without pushing unreal hard and leaving a bruise from scar tissue, started up deep tissue work 1-2x month and rolling and the muscles are like brand new

        Guns is for real about the rollers. It will help keep you from getting so sore and tight too. Its hurts on your legs I wont lie but you will be real glad you did it after.

          Dips used to be one of my favorite exercises. High rep body weight and really heavy weighted dips.... don't pound my own chest that often but I could crank those puppies out. I now haven't done them in about 8 months because they started severely hurting my shoulders and elbows. May slowly start incorporating them again. Their an awesome exercise IMO..... keep on truckin bro

            Hey guys thanks for the comments! I have a foam roller so I will get right on that!

            So, ive been lazy and primarily doing glute shots, i have done tren in my delts but it really made it sore for alot longer. Im fine with quad shots i just always get queazy for some reason.

              Ya Gusto, my triceps were the best in my early twenties heavy weighted dips was one of my favorite exercises.

                Buddy I don't want sound mean but what the crap. You have your whole body you can but injection in. Yes I know the calf hurt for a day and it is hard to sleep after you put it in your traps. You always have your Lats if you have someone to help you. Not to mention you biceps don't hit a vein or you will have a bruise for a week. You pecs alone have 3 to 4 sections you can inject to. Yes I know it hurts but better than make scars. Hick just man up and rotate, rotate, rotate.

                  Ya man i just dont like doing a bunch of bodyparts, so if i start now doing biceps, chest, calves, which ive never done btw, shit im gonna be sore as hell for 2 weeks with all of those locations. My injection yesterday in my quad is so sore i cant walk properly. Freakin tren is the only compound that hurts this much..

                      Tren is nothing like TNE which you need to inject into the hurt muscles so they can repair.

                        I gotta say site injections ate a life saver I use bicep tricep pecs calves legs glutes shoulders lats and rear delta once u learn how to do them it's a breeze I'll start a spot injection log with pics starting tonight and demo how and where they go I have very little scar tissue and I do two to three sticks ed guys it's not that bad

                            Monsterous workout tonight. Instead of eating 50 carb 50 rpo, i had 160 carb 75 pro and MY GOD my energy was through the roof i was like the incredible hulk.

                            I cant think straight at the moment to add my workout routine. Stopped tren tonight and upped my test dose.. Im going to up my calories as well this week.

                              So ive been doing the foam roller twice a day since you posted this, and POOF! no more lumps or scar tissue that i can feel! i was amazed when i woke up this morning. That roller is flat out amazing..
