        Ah bummer MM, i was looking forward to some pics. I always comment on your diet, you have one of the best diets ive seen man i love all of the meat you use.

        Keep it up bro, how many LBS have you gained since the start? How much fat have you lost and BF%?

            I have gained maby 38 lbs since last April bf went from 16% to 5% now preping for my comp I'll post pics after I compete brother I promise I got them all saved and ready to post

                        2-8-15 today is rest day and first cheat meal in over two mths. Diet will be same as ed routine but im gonna have a blue cheese bison bugar with the works no fries. I think a lot of us forget about rest day but I feel they are super important for mind and body recovery. ( they are also super fun just being lazy)
