          Feeling great this morning very healthy can't wait to hit the gym later
          Meal plan for 1-22-15
          Meal one synthermo 2 caps / myox 12 egg whites oats
          Meal two 16 oz fish and grits
          Meal three 16 oz chicken wild rice
          Pre wo 60 g carnivor 2 psyched
          Pwo 100 g carnivor 100 vitargo 10 iu slin
          Meal four 16 oz fish half sweet tatter
          Meal five 14 oz fish and rice
          Meal six 100 g carnivor in milk

          Workout was catch up day
          Deads,squats,flat press & good mornings.

                              I have really had a increase in appitite in the last two mths I eat and I am hungry 45 min later I think it's the thermos and the t-3 that's the only new additions to my cycle
