Mine and s painfull but I dosed it at 200 and used eo, i don't think the eo likes me but it's just pip no test flu so that's fine with me. Mix with a ml t400 and a half ml eq500 and gtg
My npp is at 200 bet that t 400 is pain full. My t500 is like butter
It's super close I'm worried how far back this bronchitis set me back lost over 10 lbs
if i were in your situation i would ramp up hard on both training and diet and suck down quick then slowly bring everything back up and grow back into the show. that's what i did last year and it worked out really well for me. maybe go all fish for 3/4 of the time left then add in chicken and turkey leading up the last 1/4. suck in and fill back out so to speak

Great plan I'm up to that I could do a short 3-4 week skin run I just need my lungs back for cardio
